A short sequence of photographs edited with a photo-editing and graphics program. Very different mountain subjects; what is certain is that black and white photography, by increasing the power of the contrasts, can only sharply increase the drama of the subjects.
The technique used for the two photographs of the Sibillini is conversion from colour to B/W followed by automatic adjustment of the photo.
In the case of the photo with rime on the rocks, greatly increasing the contrast created strong noise, which adds to the roughness of the photo and to the sense of icy cold.
